VetterTec strengthens global leadership with new Executive Committee and Advisory Board
The new structure reflects our international footprint and supports closer coordination across Sales, Operations and Finance.
We have taken the next step in the evolution of our leadership and governance structure. Effective March 20, Guillaume Benhamou has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Thomas Holst. At the same time, Ivan Zubčić has joined as Chief Operating Officer, and Svenja Beyer as Head of Transformation.
As an international provider of industrial drying and dewatering solutions with a presence across North America, Europe and Asia, we are aligning our leadership structure even more closely with our global footprint. A Global Executive Committee has been established to strengthen coordination across the business and support closer collaboration across Sales, Operations and Finance. In addition, an Advisory Board has been appointed to provide independent expertise and strategic guidance.
Benhamou sees this as a natural next step for a company that combines strong technologies, deep engineering expertise and a broad international presence. In his view, the new setup is designed to better reflect that global reach and to support the next phase of development across the business.
WE NOW NEED TO REFLECT OUR GLOBAL PRESENCE IN THE WAY WE ARE STRUCTURED
Guillaume Benhamou, CEO VetterTec Group
The new Global Executive Committee brings together leaders from across our international operations. Its members are:
- Guillaume Benhamou – CEO & Managing Director
- Bernd Imenkamp – CSO & Managing Director
- Ivan Zubčić – COO & Managing Director
- Julia Hanelt – CFO
- Andreas Zipperer – Financial Transformation
- Enrico Ronci – Managing Director North America
- Vedant Khare – Managing Director India
The three Managing Directors of VetterTec GmbH are Guillaume Benhamou, Bernd Imenkamp and Ivan Zubčić. As a whole, the Executive Committee reflects our international setup, with members based across Germany, Canada and India.
Within this structure, Bernd Imenkamp continues to lead the commercial side of the business, with a clear focus on customers, markets and the further development of VetterTec’s position in its core industries. Ivan Zubčić, as COO, is responsible for engineering, project management and production. His role will be central to strengthening operational execution and supporting the next stage of development. The underlying ambition is clear: to build on our strengths and turn them into even stronger performance across the business.
The newly established Advisory Board is designed to strengthen governance and support the leadership team on strategic topics. It is chaired by Philippe Carli and joined by Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke, adding further independent expertise and oversight to our next phase of development.
With deep engineering expertise, a strong international footprint and a clear leadership structure, we are well positioned for the next phase of development.
